It doesn't really ever get dark here...around midnight things are quite dusky, but you can still see the setting sun in the distance, and it's bright by 4am.
We have been to a Viking settlement (active between 790-900AD), we've fished for crabs, we've bought fresh asparagus from the local farmer, and now we feel somewhat entitled to our margaritas out on the back patio sun loungers.
